The staff in the coffee house were exceptionally
Helpful, especially during breakfast. I appreciated the good food and the location near the city center, though the check-in process could be improved, as it was rather slow. the experience was pleasant yet could use some enhancements.

we love that our room got upgraded and facing the sea, it was huge with a bathtub. the swimming pool was really well maintained and its location was perfect with plenty of good food options nearby. really enjoyed our stay!
the breakfast could use more variety and some items were already finished when we arrived. also, the room decor is a bit outdated.

A welcoming bellhop makes a difference
Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the bellhop, whose friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcomed. The location is conveniently close to the Immigration Checkpoint, and the lunch buffet was an absolute delight with diverse cuisine options.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was slow as I had to wait longer than expected for my room. the front desk staff seemed unapproachable and their unfriendliness overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

Had a mixed stay at Thistle. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes from CIQ. Food at the restaurant hit the spot, especially the lunch buffet! But, there were issues with room cleanliness and the staff could use a bit of customer service training.
