The lounge area was great, and having an iron in the room was convenient. The service was excellent, and our breakfast was tasty with a variety of delicious local food. The hotel's location was perfect, not too far from the Johor Art Gallery.

Everything was nice, so were stunningly beautiful views of Singapore's skyline and the Kranji reservoir and wetlands. I stayed in a nicely furnished and brand-new room with a kitchen and an iron. The location was comfy - near to bazar karat, a restaurant and downtown of JB. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Sedap Corner that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Really enjoyed this very nice stay for remaining nights.

Fairly clean accommodation, incredibly nice and very pleasant staff from doorman to room attendant. Spacious room with great view and seaview, as for instance. Tasty breakfast to star a day with the spread of local and the various food, for instance.

This place offers upgraded rooms with bathtubs, the location is favorable and unbeatable, being close to City Square, bazar karat, and JB Sentral.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. The basics were fine.

Breakfast. Margerine!! Eeeyuck. Can I even put this in my body? Creamer instead of milk? Yuck. Selection of food was poor and cheapskate. Fridge not working. TV only showed a snowstorm. Room service stops at 10.30.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient as it is near JB Sentral and the taxi fare to the hotel is relatively cheap. there are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity, making it easy to find good food. The hotel is also situated on top of a small hill, allowing for a nice view of the surrounding area.

The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of food choices.

The receptionist Mr. Shariq went the extra mile, urging housekeeping to redo the decor in another room for our anniversary. Room upgrade by Mr. Shafiq. Friendly and helpful front reception officers Ms. Suriati and Mr. Haensen. Beautiful straits view scenery. Comfortable room with complementary upgrade. Good spread breakfast buffet.

It's a superb base for exploring Johor Bahru attractions. The room is reasonably priced. The hotel has a particularly good location in Johor Bahru, right by places of interest, the Johor Southern Tigers training center, food trucks, and Sedap Corner. The central district is worth looking into.

The location here is great, just a short walk from Surau al-Rahmah, and you can get a room that is clean with a nice view.

Recently updated rooms with a cool, new design vibe. There's a good continental breakfast with lots of local favorites to choose from. 👌 You can park your car right on the premises.
